These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Vamp Vintage Wear ("Seller" or
"We" or "Our") which are made available to Buyer ("You" or "Your") in accordance with the
following terms, policies and any other rules posted on our Site. To use our services, you must
read and agree to be bound by our policies relating to those services. Please note that your use
of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms. If you do not
agree to those terms, please do not access or use this Site.
Terms of Purchase
Due to its age and unique nature, vintage clothing is not in perfect or new condition. All items
offered for sale by Vamp Vintage Wear are being sold AS IS and WITH ALL FAULTS with NO
REFUNDS OR RETURNS and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns will only be accepted on a case-bycase
basis if an item is materially different than what was represented on the item listing. See
our Return and Damage Policy below for further details.
We aspire to accurately describe details on all of our items for sale as thoroughly as possible.
We examine our merchandise carefully and note all details of the condition of the items. We
have considerable experience in grading items for sale and we attempt to point out all details
as carefully as possible so that you can make a confident buying decision. We offer detailed
pictures of all items offered for sale. We also provide pictures and descriptions of any
trademarks, designs or logos whenever possible. Please email or phone us with any questions
you might have regarding a specific item or to request additional pictures.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the items shown on the
Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on the accuracy of your computer
monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our
acceptance of your order. Seller reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to
accept or decline your order for any reason.
Return and Damage Policy
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If an item purchased is materially different than
what was represented on the item listing, the original Buyer has the right within three (3)
business days of delivery receipt of the item to notify Seller of the listing error by email or
phone. Seller reserves the right to disallow return of an item which was accurately described in
the item listing. Items may only be returned for store credit toward the purchase of other
Vamp Vintage Wear items. No refunds will be allowed for any reason. If a return is agreed to
by Seller, the Buyer will be responsible for returning the item to Seller in the same condition as
when it was received by the Buyer, at the Buyer's risk, cost and expense. Buyer must wait for
Seller confirmation via email before returning the item. All returned items must be received by
Seller within seven (7) days after Buyer receives Seller confirmation of allowance of return. Any
returned items received by Seller after seven (7) days of the seller confirmation will not be
accepted. Upon receipt of the returned item in acceptable condition, Buyer will receive a store
credit for the item in the amount of the original payment minus all shipping and handling costs
which will not be refunded. Returns which are received by Seller in unacceptable condition will
be disallowed and returned to Buyer. Seller reserves the right to deny service to fraudulent
claims and/or any customer who abuses the return policy.
Items are specifically not returnable due to size compatibility. Please check garment and body
measurements carefully before purchasing. While we strive to give you the most accurate
sizing information possible, non-metric weights and measures are approximate. Please email or
phone us with any questions you might have regarding the size of a specific item.
If an item was damaged during shipping from Seller, Buyer must keep all packing and original
boxes and email Seller immediately to begin the damage claim process. Once that process is
complete and the claim is settled, Buyer will be refunded the appropriate amount through the
original payment method. Seller is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
Seller recommends that Buyer return any merchandise using a carrier with package tracking
and insurance. If you return an item without insurance, any loss or damage during shipping is
your responsibility. We will not issue a refund for items lost or damaged during return
shipment. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns.
Typographical Errors
In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, entry error or
error in pricing information, Seller shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
said item.
International Payment and Shipping
Materials and items contained within this Site are intended for U.S. residents only. Any
deliveries requested for addresses outside the U.S. are subject to refusal by Seller.
Sales Tax
Seller withholds applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of
Texas. Buyer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to
any other location.
Security
Vamp Vintage Wear uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your
credit card information as it is transmitted to us. You can be assured that all the information
you submit with your order is secure. If you have discovered or suspect fraud with respect to
your credit card information, you must contact your credit card company immediately. In order
to protect against unauthorized access to your account you should sign off each time you finish
visiting our Site.
